		<description>I would say #4 sounds the healthiest with #1  and #3 coming in second. #1 has less sugars added than #3 but #3 doesn&#039;t have any flour added. I like that #4 uses cooked whole buckwheat.

The second one has too much sugar in the form of the brown sugar, OJ, chocolate plus it doesn&#039;t specify ww flour.</description>
