Which recipe is healthier?

Out of these granola/energy bar recipes, which one is healthier??

which one should I make for a healthy snack/treat?
They won’t be eaten as a meal replacement, just as a in between meals snack.

    I would say #4 sounds the healthiest with #1 and #3 coming in second. #1 has less sugars added than #3 but #3 doesn’t have any flour added. I like that #4 uses cooked whole buckwheat.

    The second one has too much sugar in the form of the brown sugar, OJ, chocolate plus it doesn’t specify ww flour.
