You need, eggs, olive oil, and some butter which aren’t on your list, but here is a good use of quite a few of the ingredients that you possess:

    Crepes with Orange Sauce
    Crepes
    3 eggs
    1 cup water
    1 cup flour
    pinch salt
    peanut or olive oil

In a blender add eggs, water, flour, and salt and process until smooth. Scrape down sides of container and process again for several seconds.
Lightly oil a skillet using a paper towel. Ladle the batter 1/4 cup at a time into the pan and quickly swirl the pan around, coating the bottom with the batter.

Do not turn crepe over until it is dry on the top, about one minute. Cook until browned lightly and not too dry.

Be sure the pan doesn’t become too hot; as time passes, you may need to reduce heat slightly. Flip crepe over briefly and cook 20-30 seconds longer. When done, remove from pan and store with wax or parchment paper separating each crepe until ready to fill.

Lightly oil pan before cooking each crepe
    Top with orange sauce.

    Orange Sauce
    3/4 cup sugar
    6 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 cup water
    1 cup orange juice
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 egg yolks
    grated rind 1/2 orange
orange sections (1-2 oranges, as desired)
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon butter

Combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually add water and orange juice. Stir constantly while cooking until smooth and thickened.

Cook for 3 minutes. Add to slightly beaten egg yolks; return to low heat and cook for 2 minutes. Add grated orange rind, lemon juice and butter. Allow to cool.

    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    optional: mixed nuts
    .
    DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, cream sugar and peanut butter for about 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas, beating after each addition (the batter will be thick). Stir in mixed nuts if desired.Spoon into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan or into lined muffin tray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until bread tests done with a toothpick. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

You can top with Jam or whip your chocolate and whipped cream together to make a yummy frosting.

yogurt, fruit and cereal topped with honey. That is obvious. Something not as health but good and easy to make…. toast the nuts, add 1pt sugar and 1pt water and cook until thickens (becareful, can burn fast). Place on parchment paper and cookie sheet. Place in oven 350 and cook until dry. pull out and let cool. you have candy nuts.
