what’s a good vegan meal replacement?

I need to find a good tasting meal replacement that I can drink after lunch before cross country. I’ll only be able to mix it with water, so keep that in mind. Any suggestions?

There’s this vegan meal replacement powder called “Vega.” It is incredibly healthy and you just mix it with water. I think it is a little pricy, but you might want to look into it. I have seen it on foodfightgrocery.com.

Can’t remember the name exactly, but there’s a Hemp Protien shake that can be mixed with water, “milk,” or juice! It tastes just like other protien shakes (not all that good). It contains I believe 11 amino acids, that would be 3 more than all the essentials our bodies need and it’s vegan! Comes in 2-3 flavors. It’s also raw!! Only place I found it was at Whole Foods, so you might have to search around for it!!

Ham sandwitch, or maybe a tunafish sandwitch. I was thinking an egg sandwitch, but eggs have feelings too right?
