What meal replacement bars do you like and why? Do you any reason not to eat them?

Nature Valley Oat and Honey granola bars.

They’re not “meal replacement” bars, but in times when I’m on the road (I entertain for a living) there are weeks at a time when I pretty much live off of granola bars and water for dinner.

They’re sweet, salty, crunchy. A boost of energy, good source of fiber, two bars to one cellophane package, so you get the Reese’s cup effect inbetween, and since it’s crunchy, it takes a few minutes to eat, so you’re tricked into feeling like they’re more of a meal. No aftertaste. Not sticky or gooey, eat them warm or cold.

I love Luna bars. They have a lot of protein, fiber, and assorted vitamins and nutrients. And they are really delicious, too. They have tons of flavors too, check their website.

I personally don’t buy or consume meal replacement bars. I like to eat real food when I am hungry. No offense to you though because people have their reasons.
