What is an effective but safe diet pill?
I’m looking for something that will not make me jittery like caffine. I am also taking paxil and welbutrin for my anxiety and depression. I asked my doctor but he wont recommend anything. He says all diet pills are bad. I need what ever I take to be safe to take along with my medications. I have gained 15 lbs. this year and I havent changed my diet, so I’m just looking to lose about 20 lbs. Has anyone used SoCal Cleanse?
all diet pills are gimmicks, don’t waste ur money on them!
I don’t really know if those exist, maybe you should ask your doc about it and see which one he recommends. I know some of the ones in those commercials are now involved in a big lawsuit for misleading the public so I won’t suggest any of them. Just be careful if you should find someone who tells you to take one because it can lead to other problems, so again maybe asking your doc and getting a full physical first is safer.
You won’t like my answer but there are no effective or safe diet pills! The problem is not fixed with a pill. Portion control, exercise & self control are the only way to lose weight and keep it off.
There are none. you canot lose weight with a pill safetly…if you could then everyone would be buying it.Just lose it the old fashion way.Eat healthy and get exercise.
Quit eating so much. Exercise more, there is not pill that does not say “When taken with a reduced calorie diet and exercise.” Duh.
The only pill is selfadenial.
None of that shit’s good for you. The only truley healthy way to loose wieght is with diet and exercise. I know it sucks, and nobody wants to hear that but the truth is that all the good things in life including: having a nice body, and getting laid, take hard work and effort to achieve. Diet pills just arent good for you. Listen to your Dr. He probably knows what he’s talking about.
see your DR-don’t take diet pills-they simply speed up your heart and are not good for you.
Hmmm. If you want to stick to something natural, then consider hoodia. It’s a natural cactus extract that tricks the brain into thinking you’re full when you’re not. It means, therefore, that you eat less, and you’ll lose weight from that. Go to any vitamin store and ask for “hoodia”. It doesn’t have any caffeine in it, so it shouldn’t make you jittery. One word of advice: in terms of your diet, pay close attention to limiting or even better eliminating the consumption of refined sugar. Just cutting sugar intake alone can result in substantial weight loss for most people. Let me know how your progress goes.
