None. The whole point of Weight Watchers is that you don’t take pills, you learn how to eat healthy and exercise and that lasts a lifetime. You didn’t put on the weight quickly, don’t expect to take it off quickly.

no, the pills don’t really do anything just stick to your diet and exercise you don’t need the side effects.
Thre are diet pills that work, but I would have to say that if your BMI isnt over 27 its probably not worth your time. They are great motivators as the pounds can come of quickly.
I think you realize that if you dont change your lifestyle you will gain the weight back when you quit.
