What is a safe diet I can do that will let me lose the weight and get the results I want?
Hey I’d really appreciate the help, Im not looking to lose weight in 10 days or less, I just want to lose it before july or august. I m trying to lose 25 lbs, If i can lose it before june that would be Fantastic! Thanks bunches.
first stop eatting all those caleries the run every morring that what i did for 4 years and i weighted 230
the glycemic index diet has worked wonders for me. I lost almost 25 lbs. in 3 months, and that was without exercise (bad back).
The book below has been a lifesaver for me.
join a local gym or on open gym in a school and do weight training!!! and start walking or running!!
