Thanks , NO STUPID ANSWERS !
What are you eatting normally? If you are looking to just fill yourself up, your friend is right that you should drink water first and then something with fibert – salad, veggies, etc. Either way, you will tend to eat till the receptors tell your brain that you are “full”. They key really is the reverse, it’s not the NOT EATTING, it’s making sure that you choose healthy snacks and eat throughout the day. This way when you sit down for a meal, you don’t finish it because you have been eatting throughout the day.
I think for most people, will power is difficult – even for me – but keep eatting healthy up until the special night and then you will feel better and can then splurge a bit on the meal. Just make sure you are always making some healthy choices. The “gut” thing will happen if you don’t exercise, that is just a fact — so choose an outfit that compliments your figure and hides your flaw. Something with an empire waist usually is flattering on most people, especially those who are curvy. Good luck and most of all, be confident in yourself and then you and everyone around you will have a great time.
Great time to think about it, huh? Try speaking your doctor. Might want to use a girdle for the party.
It is very very coomon for a lot of people, and you sound like one, to be intolerant of certain common foods. It doesn’t mean you are allergic, it just means that your body reacts a little to certain foods, with midl bloating, constant puffed-=up and blobby.
If you eat anything with wheat. Wheat is completely indigestible for a lot of peopel ,most people in the world are intolerant of it, it has so much acid and spores in it, and your gut inflames when you eat it.
I would avoid wheat. The reason why you will freak out is because wheat is in EVERYTHING!! At least, everything in America.Lots of counrties don’t eat wheat the way Americans do, it’s terrible, Wehat is the number one allergen in the world., Most humnas are intolerant of it, why do you think all diets say cut out wheat, and stop wheat to avoid bloating?
If it was a healthy normal food to eat, this wouldn’t happen.
Don’t starrve either, then you’ll be dizzy and sick, not good.
Really, don’t eat wheat. Or corn, that is another thing a lot of bloating can bhappen with, there is so much sugar in corn , wheat flour, and potatoes- so don’t eat these.
Protein like fish, tuna, lean chicken will not bloat you up.
Just eat this without the wheat, that means no bread, no tortillas no corn trotillas or cornflakes.
Some places sell gltuen free breads and stuff, but onyl try that oifter your party.
You will notice a slight difference in two days if you eat like this- with no corn, potatos, or wheat.
Just eat protien, and don’t eat fast food, , no chips nothing with potato, wheat or corn.
It sounds harsh, but then you realise how mmuch of that crap you’re normally eating, and that is the whole reason you DO get bloated and puffy.
I would avoid beans, chickpeas, pinto beans and other legumes too for the first couple days.
Go crazy on tomato soup ( no wheat flour in the ingredients), scrambled eggs, carrot soup etc.
