First off, let me say if you answer with &#8220;check out this site. This new pill/program/etc I found is SO amazing. Just 39.95&#8243; I WILL report you!</p>
<p>Ok, so aside from that, lol&#8230;<br />
I know this &#8220;diet&#8221; isn&#8217;t the healthiest available (and please don&#8217;t even bother with the &#8220;you need whole grains, vegetables, and fruit.&#8221; schpiel. I know that&#8230;I&#8217;m asking about THIS diet)&#8230;but will I lose weight anyway?</p>
<p>So basically what it is:<br />
Breakfast: Smoothie with unsweetened fruit, yogurt, and 100% fruit juice.<br />
Morning snack: either PB or Chocolate Quaker bar.<br />
Lunch: 2 Hot or Lean Pockets, any flavour<br />
Afternoon Snack: String Cheese<br />
Dinner: 1/2 can creamy soup w/ 1 cup veggie broth, and, I made this &#8220;soup&#8221; of(spinach, green beans, asparagus, eggplant, &#038; squash&#8230;all pureed &#038; frozen into &#8220;ice&#8221; cubes)&#8230;so 2 cubes of that melted &#038; stirred in.<br />
Dessert(sometimes, not always): Individual cup of vanilla yogurt.</p>
<p>Otherwise, just water, tea, crystal light, and gum.</p>
<p>So&#8230;I know it&#8217;s not the healthiest of &#8220;diets&#8221;, but will I lose weight anyway?<br />
Scoozee, sorry&#8230;I meant to say dessert is pudding, not yogurt.<br />
And I have about half a loaf of whole grain bread. I&#8217;m thinking of adding that in with breakfast for a bit as cinnamon toast.</p>

but for your lunch meal, eat something else instead of 2 hot/lean pockets those are big and i think they have alot of calories in them. besides that, your diet plan sounds pretty good</p>

I&#8217;m not trying to go weight crazy, just about 10 lbs.<br />
I am vegan, but I don&#8217;t think that effects the question alot.<br />

ANYWAYS,</p>
<p>breakfast: vegan yogurt or one package of oatmeal<br />
lunch: medium sized mixed salad (with grapes, celery, and carrots in it) and a medium apple<br />
snack: celery with peanut butter (2 stalks)<br />
dinner: teriyaki tofu (3 &#8220;slices&#8221;), rice(1.5cups I guess), peas(2.5tbs approx), broccoli(5-6pieces)</p>
<p>Obviously that wouldn&#8217;t be what I&#8217;d eat everday. Dinner would probably vary more.</p>
<p>This isn&#8217;t that different from what I usually eat. Like, add on a grilled cheese sandwhich to lunch, crackers to snack, and no breakfast.<br />
I&#8217;m 5&#8217;4&#8243; and about 130.<br />
Just, if that&#8217;s needed for anybody.</p>

Just try not to eat anything after 4 PM if you can help it. Also drink lots of water. Also drink fruit juices in moderation or make sure that it is 100% juice. People just don&#8217;t understand how much sugar is in juice! Hope it works out for you!</p>

<p>I eat 6 small meals a day to try and keep my metabolism going, they consist of about the following:</p>
<p>1 &#8211; Clif Bar<br />
2 &#8211; 2 Hard boiled Eggs (whites only)<br />
3 &#8211; 2 Oranges<br />
4 &#8211; Clif Bar<br />
5 &#8211; Carrots<br />
6 &#8211; Celery</p>
<p>These are all in portions of under 300 calories.</p>
<p>Should I effectively be losing weight on this meal plan?</p>

If you are looking to loose weight, mostly eat fruits, veggies, low fat protein and dairy and whole grains.</p>

Ok, I am a 16 year old, almost 17, and I weight 142 pounds, and I am on this diet&#8230;<br />
you see, my brother decided that my sister and I are in need<br />
of motivation to lose weight and get into shape (he&#8217;s in the army)<br />
so he is paying us for every pound we lose.<br />
I am eating 3 small meals and 1 small serving of something unhealthy like chocolate each day. I drink only water, except on the rare occasion when I eat cereal for breakfast.<br />
I have summer school gym, so I have been doing a whole bunch of running, and I have lost 2 pounds in one week so far.<br />
Is this a healthy way to lose weight?<br />
I think that the only way to stay on a diet is to not restrict WHAT you eat, but to restrict HOW MUCH you eat. That&#8217;s why I allow myself a small serving of chocolate once a day. What do you think?</p>

She eats three meals that are highly nutritious in all other respects, but I worry that her fat intake is inadequate.<br />
She has always been slim, but not anorexically boney or unhealthy-looking.  She says that she has a medical condition that makes her body &#8216;hold&#8217; fat easily.  She does not look ill and she is not weak or tired because of it. Unless she is lying about the diet, I can&#8217;t understand how she isn&#8217;t weak or ill.<br />
What could happen to her if she doesn&#8217;t change her diet?  Degenerative conditions &#8211; scary.  Maybe I can scare some common sense into her. <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
