Is this a safe diet for a teenager wanting to lose weight?

January 27th, 2010 | Author: Admin

2 x 200g carrot soup
2 x 125g yoghurt
2 x 250ml soya milk
100g mushrooms
1 egg
30g leaf salad
80g broccoli
80g sprouts
80g cauliflower
750ml water

(consumed each day)
What should I add / take out? I think I have the will power for it…
I’m 17.
