A good Meal Replacement drink without a lot of artificial additives?
I want to find a good meal replacement drink (like to have for lunch) that doesn’t have a lot of artificial stuff. I went off anything artificial for a year and now I break out from it.
Can anyone reccommend a good-tasting meal replacement bar that is low in sugar?
Although I eat no more than 1300 calories a day because of my slow metabolism, I realized that my sugar intake is over the top even for an average diet. So I’m trying to cut back, but I’m also aiming for high protein. Are there any meal replacement bars with 15 grams of sugar or less that taste good?

Every single one of the meal replacement bars I see have tons of fat and sugar. By the time I eat 2000 calories worth, I will have consumed like 3 days worth of sat fat. Im sure these will give be energy before or after a workout, but Im look for something that has no sat fat, no sugar, and lots of fiber and protein.
Why dont any of these exist? How can I make my own?

How many bottles of Ensure, meal replacement drinks are I allowed to drink per day. I am physically active five time out of the week and one bottle does not feel like it is enough and I do not have time or the money to eat healthy everyday.
