What kind of yoga is good for weight loss and toning?

I recently lost a lot of weight. I do an hour of cardio a day and some wights for toning as instructed by a trainer at my gym. I also want to know how many days a week I should go. I am looking for something that will have great results since I am at a plateau for my weight loss.

I am looking for some online support, or a chat room, for weight loss. Does anyone have any recommendations? It doesn’t matter what type of diet the other people are doing, I am just looking for other people to talk to while trying to lose weight.
Just to clarify, I am not looking for a diet, I am looking for people to talk to. I do Weight Watchers, I exercise and I have a very realistic outlook of how much I want to lose in a given week. The first answer I got from Lexi is really weird, so this is why I am clarifying my question.

Every single one of the meal replacement bars I see have tons of fat and sugar. By the time I eat 2000 calories worth, I will have consumed like 3 days worth of sat fat. Im sure these will give be energy before or after a workout, but Im look for something that has no sat fat, no sugar, and lots of fiber and protein.

Is eating meal replacement bar a good way to add extra calorie intake?

I asked a question earlier on how much extra calories I have to intake daily to gain weight and most said between 500 and 1000. I don’t have much time to prepare extra meal. So I thought I might eat some meal replacement bars. Would eating meal replacement bars help me add extra calories? Or should I use weight gain supplement?

Also is there any high calorie food, that I can snack on?
