I know it is not the most healthy way to lose weight whatsoever.. but I am 19, 193 pounds, and very uncomfortable with my body. I have tried diet and exercise and even cut out soda for 5 months almost completely and drank water and green tea…I’ve still only lost about 20 lbs ( used to be 210). I want to be 160 or lower before summertime, and this is the only way I could do it. Which weight loss pill system would you recommendd, and how many pounds did you lose in a 3 month period?

Do you think the Atkins Diet is safe and effective? Have you been on it? What success or failure have you had with it? Is it beneficial as a long-term weight reduction program? Have you personally experienced any ill effects from the Atkins Diet? If so, what were they, and how was the matter resolved? Thanks for your participation.

I’m looking for something that will not make me jittery like caffine. I am also taking paxil and welbutrin for my anxiety and depression. I asked my doctor but he wont recommend anything. He says all diet pills are bad. I need what ever I take to be safe to take along with my medications. I’m looking to lose about eight pounds. I bought GNC Burn 60 – it looks safe, but so far I haven’t noticed that much difference. What (hopefully cheap) diet pills have other users used and seen significant difference with? Please don’t answer and tell me ’safe diet pill’ is an oxymoron – I’ve had people tell me that before.
