I want to find a good meal replacement drink (like to have for lunch) that doesn’t have a lot of artificial stuff. I went off anything artificial for a year and now I break out from it.

How many times am i suppoesed to drink the ensure meal replacement drinks?
am i supposed to drink it for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just once because i can’t eat and was doctor recomended but i’m just confused about when to drink it. the instructions just say replace your meals. and it says fiber drink does that mean what?
doesn’t have corn syrup i checked k.

I am not trying to become too big. I just want to get lean and cut. I know nothing about the meal replacement formulas out there can anyone enlighten me? Please tell me about brands you have tried etc. Don’t answer with random opinions or rambling if you’ve never tried any. Thank you.
I am only looking to know what brand name meal replacement drinks and shakes for bodybuilding are best. No nutritional advice please.

How many bottles of Ensure, meal replacement drinks are I allowed to drink per day. I am physically active five time out of the week and one bottle does not feel like it is enough and I do not have time or the money to eat healthy everyday.

I just got my wisdom teeth out and I can’t eat real food yet except for like mashed potatoes. I have also been having meal replacement drinks and I was wondering is there a maximum amount that you are allowed to have in a day?
If it said on the back of the box, I wouldn’t be asking.
