Salamulaykoum, hope your all well Insha Allah.  </p>
<p>I have noticed that some women (and some men) say they&#8217;re on diets and then when I ask them, &#8220;how&#8217;s your diet?&#8221;, they always end up saying:</p>
<p>a) &#8220;I&#8217;ve put on more weight!!&#8221;<br />
b) &#8220;I&#8217;ve changed my diet&#8230;&#8221;<br />
c) &#8220;I&#8217;ve come to a conclusion that diets just don&#8217;t work for me!&#8221;<br />
or d) &#8220;What diet?  I said I was a on diet?  Girl, I must have been high!&#8221; lol.  And then an hour later, they look in the mirror and remember their diet <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  haha </p>
<p>I used to be one of those women but Insha Allah not anymore, lol.  I&#8217;ve changed my diet to the &#8216;Sunnah diet&#8217;.<br />

Allah ta&#8217;ala says in the Qur&#8217;an:</p>
<p>Aouthubiallah Minashaytanirajeem<br />
Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim</p>
<p>O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes not those who commit excess.  [7:31]</p>
<p>[Saying], &#8220;Eat from the good things with which We have provided you and do not transgress [or oppress others] therein, lest My anger should descend upon you. And he upon whom My anger descends has certainly fallen.&#8221; [20:81]<br />

Now some sayings of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him):</p>
<p>On the authority of Al-Miqdaam ibn Maadiy-Karib who said: I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying:<br />
“No human ever filled a vessel worse than the stomach. Sufficient for any son of Adam are some morsels to keep his back straight. But if it must be, then one third for his food, one third for his drink and one third for his breath.”<br />
[Ahmad, At-Tirmidhi, An-Nasaa'I, Ibn Majah – Hadith sahih]</p>
<p>On seeing a fat man, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said:<br />
“If you did not have a paunch (belly fat), it would be better for you. He also said: Overeating does not go with good health.”<br />
[Al-Haythami]</p>
<p>The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:<br />
“Food for one is enough for two and food for two is enough for three and food for three is enough for four.”<br />

At the end of the day, Allah ta&#8217;ala would not have willed for the Qur&#8217;an ayats to be revealed or the ahadith to be said if our diet was not important. Diet does not mean necessarily to lose weight but rather to maintain a healthy lifestyle and doing what&#8217;s best for your body.  We are the caretakers of our bodies and we must keep them in good shape because Allah ta&#8217;ala owns our bodies.  Think of it like this, if a friend lent you their favourite item and you gave it back to them in a horrid state, think about how your friend would feel&#8230;</p>
<p>So my sisters and brothers, let us not indulge in all these scam diets.  They&#8217;re just wasting your time and efforts.  I mean c&#8217;mon some &#8220;slimming programmes&#8221; don&#8217;t come cheap and they&#8217;re not that effective, are they?  Why use a money making scam when you can follow a free, halal and part of your faith, diet?  <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Alhamdulillahi Rabilalamin.</p>
<p>All the best everyone and Insha Allah I hope someone gets inspired to start eating according to the Sunnah.  </p>
<p>Honestly, you don&#8217;t need to deprive yourself from food, just try to eat only when you need to.  Don&#8217;t eat too much.  This might start out hard (I&#8217;ll be honest, it&#8217;s quite hard for me since I&#8217;m a greedy so and so <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> ) but subhnallah, in a week I already have felt like I&#8217;ve achieved something.  I feel more active and I feel less heavy just by using the 1/3 rule.  <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve also started to sit on the floor.  When I sit on the floor I also press my stomach against my leg, (I can&#8217;t describe the position properly, if someone can find the hadith, I&#8217;d be grateful) just so that I feel fuller quicker <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  So I eat less anyway. <img src='http://www.fastandhealthyweightloss.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>

<p>There are many diets out there, but healthy diets for weight loss are not as easy to find. With all those fad diets that shoot up one month and are gone the next, it&#8217;s hard determining which is the best and most effective. This article will give you some tips to finding the right diet to follow.</p>
<p>Nowadays there are many healthy diets for weight loss. This can include the Paleo Diet, abs diet, etc. The diets that are the most healthy have a few traits in common. </p>
<p>1. They focus on Healthy Foods<br />Healthy diets for weight loss usually are healthy because of the food selection that they have. For some people, simply switching to healthier foods helps them lose weight! </p>
<p>Healthy foods have many benefits. Some have many grams of fiber which can help you feel full and satisfied faster. In addition, they usually contain many nutrients that are devoid in junk and overly processed foods. </p>
<p>If you try to find a diet and it lets you still eat processed foods but in moderation this is not healthy. It can help you lose weight since you&#8217;re eating less, but it might not work for many. Eating junk food is eating empty calories basically. The food doesn&#8217;t &#8220;fill&#8221; you up. Your body is still screaming for the nutrition that healthy foods provide. As a result, you feel hungrier more often even though you&#8217;ve had plenty of calories already.</p>
<p>So, make sure when picking a diet that it has healthy foods. These can include, but are not limited to, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and oats, nuts, legumes, beans, and lean meats. </p>
<p>Beware!</p>
<p>There is one big problem nowadays. Food companies are now packaging foods that aren&#8217;t healthy and labeling them as healthy. For example, most people think that shopping at a healthy store like &#8220;Trader Joe&#8217;s&#8221; automatically makes the food healthy. Organic does NOT equal healthy. There are many organic cookies, candies, etc that are filled with calories and will do anything but help you with your weight loss goals. </p>
<p>2. Calorie Restriction is a Must<br />In order to lose weight you need to reduce the amount of calories you consume on a daily basis. The longer you can keep this up, the more fat you will lose. A diet that lets you eat however much you want, even if it&#8217;s healthy foods, may not be enough for most people. Counting how much food you eat and making sure you don&#8217;t over eat is the best program for weight loss and ensures that you are doing everything right and not just walking in the dark.</p>

The first four meals will be identical&#8211; predigested ion-exchanged microfiltered whey protein shake providing 45 grams of protein+1 1/4 grapefruit+23 raisins+ 5 capsules &#8220;Total EFA&#8221;. The fifth meal is 8oz. chicken breast or fish fillet or 18 egg whites+2 cups vegetables(no squash, peas, broccoli, carrots, beets, or corn)+ 2 teaspoons olive oil or flaxseed oil.<br />
In addition, you should do 1 hour of cardiovascular activity every day (but, preferably 2 hours&#8211;one in the morning and one at night). You must drink one gallon of water every day.<br />
This guy claims you will lose up to 10 pounds of FAT (not muscle). Is this possible? Won&#8217;t you tap into your muscle under such caloric restriction and activity? And&#8230;&#8230;.why the grapefruit? Is it true that grapefruit helps you lose fat, or is it a myth? It is a fruit, after all, which contains sugar.</p>
