Question by Mikejs180: Do you think it’s safe for me to go on the “Navy Diet”?
Here is the Navy Diet:

At least I think that’s it. I’m 16 and I’m about 15 lbs overweight according to my BMI I’m like 15-20 lbs overweight. I’m like 160 lbs and about 5’7/8. I’m trying to get done to about 141. I only plan on going on the diet for about 2 weeks as I’m aware I don’t need to drop a ton of weight.
For anyone thats go on this diet or been in the navy how much weight have you lost and as for a drink other than breakfast I assume you’re only suppose to drink water which is fine because I don’t drink anything else. Now my question is, is this diet “healthy” for someone like me right now? Also, how did you look after you lost the weight? (Too skinny, or healthy/ripped?) I also plan on joining the gym. Right now I’m also planning on joining the military when I turn 18 so I want to make sure I’m as fit as possible.
