I’ve noticed that there’s a lot “meal replacement” drinks full of calories and everything you need. Can I stay on a liquid only diet and still be healthy?

Doesn’t it say that you shouldn’t use those as a primary source of nutrition?

    You can ask a doctor. They would be able to give you a professional advice. btw is you are trying to keep fit you can try running. Believe in running and exercise. Most importantly you need to trust yourself.
