Is this Diet safe for a 17 yr old male?
I’m not particularly fat but I’d like to lose abit of weight, im 5″9, age 17 and about 138 pounds. Is this a safe diet to go on everyday:
Breakfast: smoothie
Dinner: Piece of fruit and cup of tea/coffee
Tea: Average meal of 400 calories

I’d say no, you don’t have to go THAT far. Work out at the gym and stay away from junk food.
at your age loosing weight isnt the problem…just cut out sweets and sodas and you should do fine
nope not enough calories for energy increase to 1300 at least and do 30 minutes of excercise…..
