I am looking for something to just help jump start my metabolism while dieting and exercising. I don’t want to take anything that will be harmful to my body. Does anyone know of a completely, or at least mostly, safe diet pill?
Yes I do…….Get Apple cider venegar tablets…..Its the best…Trust me,and it has other health benefits too.Google the benefits of Apple cider venegar..you’ll see what I mean…..Goodluck!!
No, I don’t. You need to eat to lose weight. Breakfast is very important because that jumpstarts your metabolism. You need to stay active too because that will keep it going. Just make healthy food choices and exercise regularly and you’ll see a difference.
No. There is no such thing. Diet and exercise is the safest way to lose weight. A bunch of the nationally advertised diet pill companies were just fined 25 million dollars for false advertising. The pills were never tested for safety or effectiveness. The FCC actually did a test and found that people lost more weight by taking a placebo (sugar pill).
Prescription diet pills (like Xenical) have such horrible side effects that you REALLY don’t want to take them:
oily spotting;
oily or fatty stools;
orange or brown colored oil in your stool;
gas with discharge, an oily discharge;
an urgent need to go to the bathroom;
an inability to control bowel movements, or;
an increased number of bowel movements.
Know what,there is no such thing as safe diet pill because there is always a side effct whatever pill you take.What i can tell you is that why not eat fruits thatcan are good for the digestive system like papaya and prunes.
I am not sure on the safe diet pill front per se. I think that somethings on the market today aren’t even close to being as safe as they would like us to believe. Please be careful about choosing something out there. I think it’s best to ask a doctor about a safe product that will help. Also why not talk to a Dietitian about better food choices that will help instead of taking a pill. The foods we eat can often provide us with the right amount of nutrients that are needed to help us with our metabolism and the such.
I don’t know of one. If you just want to boost your metabolism while dieting and exercising try a cleanse. Have you tried a cleanse? I tried exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 9 day cleanse. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it’s not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Start moving your body more. Even if it just walking up stairs instead of catching the elevator. I’ve used this product for almost 4 months and I’ve lost a total of 55lbs and 87 inches. I went from a size 18 to a 10 in 3 1/2 months. If interested you can purchase this product from http://thedetoxlife.isagenix.com/ Good luck.
