I have yet to hear of a safe diet pill that really works. Most all diet pills state that they will speed up your metabolism; unfortunately, they speed up your heart causing great health risks. Best is to stick to the safe sure way to weight loss; diet and exercise.
Assuming that your health is good and that you have normal blood pressure, phentermine can be a good diet pill for use over a limited period of time. I used it 5 years ago and lost 30 pounds and kept it off. It is not phen-phen (sp?) and comes in 15, 30, and 37.5 mg. capsules. It actually has some studies that show that not only does it suppress the appetite, but also increases metabolism. It should not be taken every day as it will lose affect quickly. Most good docs will have you take it for 2 days and then skip one. It does work – well – especially when combined with diet and exercise. The first few days you may have trouble sleeping, but just for a few days. I have to say that for me it was a wonder drug. Good luck!
Don’t go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss.
