Is there a meal replacement bar thats actually good for you?

Every single one of the meal replacement bars I see have tons of fat and sugar. By the time I eat 2000 calories worth, I will have consumed like 3 days worth of sat fat. Im sure these will give be energy before or after a workout, but Im look for something that has no sat fat, no sugar, and lots of fiber and protein.

Why dont any of these exist? How can I make my own?

    sorry, they don’t exist.
i think you should just eat a meal.
meal replacement bars are like cats instead of kids-
they still poop and are cute, but they aren’t generally a good idea.

    do you get my drift?

I have been eating ThinkThin bars for a few months ago–they have 20 g of protein per bar, are organic and all natural and have 0 g of sugar. They do have 8g of fat, but I have found them to be very helpful with losing my last 10 lbs.

They are starting to become more popular and should be at your grocery store. The crunchy peanut butter flavor is the BEST.
