Im 13, 5’2 or 5’3 and I want to go on this diet where you lose 10 pounds in 3 days. The diet consists of eating small amounts of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Im not fat really, but, I just want to be more fit. Does anyone know if this diet is safe?
no its not, its starving yourself, and at your age thats the last thing you should be doing, if you want to be more fit just eat healthier annd exersize (fyi being fit is not the same as being skinny)
i tried it and it didnt work.
and i knew a few ppl who did, but they gained a lot more back.
