i have to eat them for a diet. i dont want to and it sounds so nasty but i dont realli have a choice! is it safe to do this? i have to eat 2 raw egg yolks every day..
There is a slight risk of salmonella from raw egg yolks.
If you can find pasturized eggs in the shell, they will have been heated just enough to kill the salmonella, but not enough to cook the eggs.
If you have the option, you may want to consider hard boiling the egg and popping out the yolk and just discarding the white (although whites are very low in calories and fat)
When you break the egg, there are two pieces of white. 1 thick, one thin. when the thick one have gone thin, it is still fine to eat. but when thin turns into water, it is bad to eat.
It is relatively safe. From what I remember from college 1 in 1000 has salmonella. I mostly eat cage-free farm fresh eggs from my parents house though and I swallow the whole thing. If you are doing this for a workout you should just swallow the egg white which is where the majority of the protein is.
well really eating raw eggs has its a positive side and a negative. i eat one raw egg everyday and i would recommend consuming raw eggs as a way of making sure you get high quality protein and fats into your diet.
eating one egg a day, could strengthen your immune system and will improve you health. Heating the egg causes the protein to actually change its chemical shape and the protein structure, which also destroys many of the nutrients and proteins found inside the egg.
but without a doubt there is a risk of serious salmonella infection. the symptoms are diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, but they’re more likely to hit 3 groups: the elderly; children; and people with HIV, cancer, or other diseases which impair the immune system.
not any more. They have messed with the chickens so much to get them nice and plump that the eggs have deadly bacteria in it.
Try a different diet, you could get salmonella poisoning from that!

Not really, but the Japanese seem to do that a lot. It’s rather risky.
depend which country you live in, are the eggs from natural chickens or genetically altered.
No, no, no….don’t do it! There is a risk of contracting salmonella in raw eggs!
it depends on how far the em-brio has developed.
