Basically thats all i know ur supposed to cut back on caffeine but is it safe to drink caffeine free sodas/ diet caffeine free sodas while pregnant??

    I did, no problems at all. Just make sure you keep hydrated with plenty of water, which you probably do anyway.

    no … the artificial sweeteners are extremely BAD for you, even if you’re NOT pregnant. Asparatame, especially, has links to cancer and is probably on your doctor’s list of things NOT to have…..

    UGH well look at it this way… do you want your baby drinking diet soda and the chemicals in it? Remember everything the mom takes in is what the baby gets… so better off having water, milk or juice cause a baby can use it!

    NO WAY! NO SODA, NO ALCOHOL, NO CIGARETTES, NO DRUGS, NO DIET PILLS, NO JUNK FOOD FULL OF MSG, SALT AND SODIUM AND NO FAST FOOD, THAT GARBAGE OS THE REASON WHY KIDS HAVE BIRTH DEFECTS.

    As far as i know my mother didn’t drink any soda at all while she was pregnant with my younger brother she drank water and tea. Then she at yogurt a whole bunch.
