No sugars
No artifical sweetners
No alcohol
Very limited fruits
No fermented foods- ketchup, mustard, BBQ Sauce, soy sauce, Mayo
No oils- coconut, olive, grape seed, flax seed, etc
No dairy
No soda, coffee or tea

You&#039;d be on a very restrictive, but likely healthy &quot;real foods&quot; diet. You could eat all kinds of veggies and meats, and a limited amount of fruits.</description>
