How can I cut yeast out of my life and my diet?

Is it safe?

I have aspergers. I heard too much yeast can cause the problem.

I’m just not sure what foods have yeast in them and which ones don’t.
so basically
i can’t enjoy life
that sucks lol

    No carbs- no pasta, rice, bread, wheat, grains
    No sugars
    No artifical sweetners
    No alcohol
    Very limited fruits
    No fermented foods- ketchup, mustard, BBQ Sauce, soy sauce, Mayo
    No oils- coconut, olive, grape seed, flax seed, etc
    No dairy
    No soda, coffee or tea

    You’d be on a very restrictive, but likely healthy “real foods” diet. You could eat all kinds of veggies and meats, and a limited amount of fruits.
