Right now, I’m using the Pure Protein Tri-Phase Infusion from Costco. Seems to fill me up for a couple of hours, but not sure if it’s ok as a meal replacement. What do you guys thinK???

You’re much better off eating real food. If you don’t have time for food look into green smoothies, which are much more natural and better for you then protein drinks.
Too much protein is bad for you. You only need about 50 grams a day and too much stresses the kidney, weakens the bones and dehydrates you.
Try almonds or other nuts as a snack. Eat fruits, veggies and whole grains.
Well…I’m pretty against meal replacement shakes because people who drink them to lose weight don’t actually learn anything about making good food choices, and you shouldn’t keep relying on some shake to give you the nutrition food is supposed to. However, if you’re taking a meal replacement occasionally to help you get in a meal when you’re really busy, that’s acceptable.
While this shake does have vitamins and minerals in it, I wouldn’t recommend it for a meal replacement because of the low calories. 180 calories is an acceptable snack but a complete joke for a meal. You want at least 300. My suggestion is to blend up your protein with some fruit and/or nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.), and maybe even some greens to get a more complete meal.
