The description of the cheese kinda reminds me of when my bf cooked & started to eat eggs that were over 6 months expired. (I'm really bad about letting things expire-always check the dates if you eat my food) It smelled so bad it woke me up, and he was like yeah I should have known when they turned green in the pan. Lol. He got pretty sick. I’m glad you didn’t eat it.
