Do Smart For Life Cookies Really Work?

Smart For Life cookies work! I lost 99 pounds in 6 1/2 months and went from a size 22 to a size 2. I have maintained the weight loss for over 7 months now. The cookies are healthy and good for you. Natural and organic with no preservatives makes a healthy meal replacement, six times a day and then you have dinner. If people say it doesn’t work it’s because they didn’t follow the diet. Smart For Life changed my life and can change yours too. You maintain the weight loss by eating regular food and exercising. Stop listening to people that don’t want you to be thin. I never looked back and the food no longer controls my life – I control the food. All cookies are not the same. I was never hungry and have been on every diet under the sun and have taken every pill out there. Not only did I lose fast and healthy but I have been able to keep the weight off for good!!

I beleive it is not the healthy way to eat. Too rapid a weight loss and extremely hard to maintain for the rest of your life.

Best and healthiest is a weight loss between 1 to 2 lbs a weeks. Eating nutritionally with a variety of whole grain foods, veggies, and fruits.

I’ve lost 45 lbs. eating, 1 to 2 lbs a week eating whole grain foods, vegetables, and a little meat on the side. I can still have a treat once a week. I didn’t buy any special foods, just the basics; just ate healthier. I had a check up at the doctor’s office 3 weeks ago; my chloresteral went from 250 down to 202 and my blood sugar went from 114 down to 100, potassium level increased and the HDL (good fats, increased). I beleive just refocusing on good-for-you foods and do away with processed foods (at least cut down on them) and less to no sugar, (bad) fat laden foods is an excellant way to maintain the weight for the rest of your life. Also, still can have spices and flavors in foods and not feel deprived.

This is way of eating is cheaper, too, cause meat is expensive so by having less and more veggies helps with the food budget. I like black beans, tomatoes, onions with brown rice fixed cajun style.

I think the key is finding what kind of foods and spices appeal to you and tailor your way of eating to it.

This doesn’t follow any one diet, its just a healthier way of eating for the rest of your life. Just common sense.
