Sometimes when you see a celebrity lose weight you think how great they look and then you think well they have a personal trainer and a cook so it is easier for them.
But it really isn’t easier for them it they just have people doing things for them that we can do for ourselves. They basically stick to the same types of eating plans they just have chefs to make them fancy meals. For example, Oprah’s diet is she does not eat carbs, no breads, rice, pasta or potatoes. She exercises everyday.
Model and wife of the Singer Seal, Heidi Klum lost 30 pounds in the 6 months after she had her latest baby. She exercised and kept herself motivated by taking pictures of her body and as she lost weight she took progress pictures, she says the progress helped keep her on track. Ultra slim Angelina Jolie has 4 kids which keeps her pretty busy plus her diet consist of lean meats and fish and she drinks lots of water.
Janet Jackson has a great body and she uses the help of a nutritionist and she drinks 2 to 3 custom liquid meals a day. Then she advanced to vegetables, berries and frozen fruit. Plus she works out 7 days a week. Drew Barrymore has always had issues with her weight now she eats 3 good sensible meals a day and when she is hungry she has a diet coke or low fat jell-o.
She jogs , dances and plays golf as exercise. These are all health plans that we can follow we just need to stay motivated. By eating right and eating in moderation plus an exercise program that you are comfortable with can bring about weight loss.
