Can muscle milk be used to replace breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Question by Alec: Can muscle milk be used to replace breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
I’m 14 years old and I workout pretty much everyday. I play football and lift weights. Now, I want to focuss on nutrition too. I’ve heard that Muscle Milk is a “meal replacement.” Obviously, the 3 main meals are breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Can I drink muscle milk for those 3 periods instead of eating the fat foods that are around my house?

The prob with Muscle Milk is that it in unnecessarily high in fat. You could try Lean Body, which has a comparable shake on the market. Or you could just invest in a whey or egg protein, mix with milk, fruit and maybe peanut butter and you’ve you’ve got yourself a healthier version of the same thing that, in the long run, will probably also be cheaper.

I know somebody (a weightlifter) who died because they ate those types of foods instead of a normal diet. He had a nutritional imbalance and he had a heart attack. So, no.
