Have you ever noticed how diet pills say “can help weightloss alongside a healthy diet and excercise”?

There’s a reason for that, stick with a good diet that you can keep up. Don’t deny yourself treats but practise moderation and excercise. You will find that works the best and diet pills won’t make any difference to that. Plus a lot of them are dangerous.

If there were, the word would get out so fast that you wouldn´t need to ask. 60% of the population is overweight and I´m sure 2/3 of the population would buy them up like maniacs and get skinny if they did exist.

Yes there are many diet pills that are safe and actually work, I can’t remember the name of it thought, I’ve seen it on tv. Try looking in the pharmacy. Or check it out on google

Try Green Tea Extract, safer than all the other stuff out there.

Aparently it speeds up your metabolism and is also 4 x more powerful than vitamin E so great for your skin and anti ageing etc. It’s has good cure for cancer fighting properties and cell renewal. It’s the safest thing out there, the Chinese/Japanese have been taking it for years.
