No on this one. If it works, why wouldn’t they want you to know about it? They would be marketing it to all the medical centers, physicians, weight loss centers, not merely writing a book about it.
What are the credentials of the author? Watch out for quacks that promise quick, easy weight loss.
No, haven’t heard of it. But if you’re interested in losing weitgh you should join my support group. I’ve lost 17 lb as of today and i’m going for more, I want to share my plan and also hear from other people who have either lost weight or are struggling.
