Is is safe to serve unopened soda that expired less than a month ago?

It’s Coke and Diet Coke with Black Cherry Vanilla. It expired April 10th.

Should I return it to the store?

I bought a 6 pack of those Safeway meal replacement shakes to try a few days ago. I’ve always drank the Ensure shakes and I love them, but I just decided to try the safeway ones. Even though I shake them really well before opening. There are still kinda like chunks of milk/chocolate or whatever, almost like its outdated. But it says expiry date is Jan2010. Is it supposed to be like that or should I return it? And will they even accept it now because I drank 3 out of the 6 already.

How can I cut yeast out of my life and my diet?

is it safe to eat peanut butter ?

is it safe to eat peanut butter every day, switiching to vegan diet not alot options in my town.

Can you help me tweak this recipe?

this will be kind of long, sorry…
I made up a recipe myself for “health cookies” since I couldn’t find one with all the things I want. I want to include all the food groups so it’s a full meal replacement cookie. I made them, and they taste ok, but the texture is sort of “cakey” not a crisp cookie like I wanted. I want sugar-free and wheat-free.

3 eggs
1 C. dry powdered milk
2 C. grated zucchini
1 C. grated carrots
1/2 C. walnuts
3 T. oil
1 and 1/2 C. dry oats
1/2 C. brown rice flour
1/2 C. sugar Twin
1/2 C. raisins
1 C. unsweetened applesauce
2 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt

it made 36 cookies, and I figured the calories, fat, protein, etc…. but they just seemed too soft and not really “cookie-ish”.

What would you add, subtract, or change to make them better?

diet plan help?

I box 5 times a week, do weights 3 times a week and run 3 times a week.

I dont eat meat tho I am a vegetarian

for breakfast: low fat milk and cereal and a bannana)
for lunch: a salad
dinner: pasta or rice

I need more things to cook because I never have enough time to cook because my busy workout scheduele, electrical engineering at college, and work.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything else that was quick to cook and good for you, maybe high protein. I am about to get IsoPure(Protein supplement) as a meal replacement

so yea any ideas??
I also eat microwavable veggies for a snack or nuts/almonds or a hard boiled egg or something.

Is a vegan/vegetarian diet healthy for a diabetic?

Is it safe? if a diabetic stays away from meat and/or dairy, everything they will consume will have carbs – which diabetics should limit; so is it a good idea for a diabetic to become a vegan or vegetarian from a health standpoint?

They won’t be eaten as a meal replacement, just as a in between meals snack.
Thanks :)
